Welcome to PinxOnline,

We’re very happy to have you here and want to make your shopping experience with us as easy and enjoyable as possible. 

A few easy steps is all it takes to have your shopping treasures in your bag - and on their way to your wardrobe. 

Home Page 

The home page has a number of categories (e.g. Tops, Dresses, etc.) down the left hand side. Clicking on each category, then browsing through each one, will show you photos and details of all the products available. This is the most relaxing way to shop and ensures you’re not missing out on anything.

If you wish to return to the home page at any point, simply click the PinxOnline logo (always found in the top left-hand corner).

If you already know what you’re looking for, you can quickly find it by typing the keywords into the Search box. (You’ll find this on the left at the bottom of the website). We’ll then do the searching for you.

 Create an account

To purchase an item, you first need to create an account. This is standard with all online shopping .Click on ‘Create an account’ at the top of the website, then fill out your details. Once you’ve done this, you can get on with your shopping. Of course, you only need to do this once - you don’t need to create an account every time you come back. Instead, you’ll simply click on ‘customer login’ and enter your email address plus the password you’ve created.

There’s also a bonus to creating an account. It means you’ll receive regular newsletters, special offers and exclusive discounts from Pinxonline. (Of course, if you don’t want these updates, feel free to click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of your first newsletter and we’ll take you off the mailing list immediately - but we’ll be very sad to see you go!)

 Add to bag

Once you’ve created your account, shopping becomes as simple as choosing whatever you like from our collection and clicking the button marked Add to bag!

If, while you’re shopping, you’d like to view all the items so far in your shopping bag, click on ‘Items’ (always at the top right hand side of the website). You can then view, change or remove any item, update your bag, continue shopping or proceed straight to the till.

 Payment

Once you go to the till, follow the simple payments steps and you'll be transferred to HSBC secure e-payments where you can enter your payment details with complete confidence. HSBC security is about as good as it gets!

If you have any vouchers or promotional discounts, don’t forget to redeem them before you complete your payment and check out.
