SHIPPING & RETURNS

INFORMATION

Prices shown on this site in GB Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. All items are delivered to your door via our couriers Interlink Express or Royal Mail. All parcels require a signature of delivery.


Shipping is based on the destination of your package. Your order will incur carriage costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified the delivery. Any additional taxes/duties required for customs clearance are paid for by you (the receiver). The final price for overseas customers will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

We will endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible, depending on the time the goods are bought and your order will be shipped once:


1) Payment has been approved
2) The delivery/billing address has been verified

In calculating when your order will arrive please take into consideration the above and possible external factors which may cause delays.

RETURNS

In order to return any items you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
To obtain an RMA email us at returns@pinxonine.com within 7days of receiving your order,along with the reason for return.

All goods remain your responsibility until we have received them.

All returns are at your expense. We advise you to use a reputable shipping service where a signature is required.
All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment with the relevant RMA.
The RMA number should be written on your original invoice. All returns must have their tags still intact.

Please be advised we cannot accept any returns unless you have a RMA and all the relevant paperwork is posted together with your returns and with tags intact.

Note: please make sure when trying on items that you are not wearing deodorant/perfume which may leave marks or a scent on the item. We will be unable to accept returns of any items showing evidence that you have not followed instructions.


If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size/colour and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.

RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

In order to return faulty goods you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
To obtain a RMA email us at returns@pinxonline.com and follow the returns process as above.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged and there is a subsequent manufacturing fault, within a period of 30 days after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange please make your request clear when requesting your RMA.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

You have 7 days to cancel your order and you must inform PINXONLINE via email. Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. You will be credited the amount of your original order to the original purchaser’s credit card. This is including your original shipping charges and providing goods are undamaged and correctly returned. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Alternatively, you can also request store credit at PINXONLINE. This can be used against any future purchases at PINXONLINE.

Please note you cannot return or cancel any goods made to your specification such as made to order items.

RETURNING SALE GOODS

Same policy as above except: We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date you received your RMA number. Goods returned after 7 days can only be refunded as store credit at PINXONLINE. If you require any other information please email us and we will be happy to answer any questions.
